SSW advised Waimea on the sale of a logistics and production centre in Szczecin
SSW advised Waimea Holding on the sale of the logistics and production centre North-West Logistic Park 2 in Szczecin. The complex consists of three halls with a total area of approximately 11,000 sqm. The property was purchased by a company from the Exeter Group.
North-West Logistic Park 2 was the subject of a lease agreement with mLeasing; it has been fully commercialised and already released to the tenant.
Lawyers from SSW Pragmatic Solutions supported Waimea Holding in the negotiations and conclusion of the preliminary and final sale agreements of the property, as well as the documentation concerning the completion and settlement of the lease agreement. We also advised Waimea on obtaining individual tax interpretations.
Robert Wodzyński, Counsel; Marta Popis, Senior Managing Associate; and Kamil Wróblewski, Associate, from the Real Estate Law team advised on the transaction. Zbigniew Makowski, Counsel; and Krystian Trzciński, Associate, advised on tax issues.
Waimea Holding is a developer specialising in the construction and leasing of modern warehouse, manufacturing and office space. Exeter, on the other hand, is involved in the acquisition, lease and management of industrial properties, business parks and urban warehouses in various parts of Poland.
