Marta specialises in advising business entities on the real estate market, including administrative matters, particularly in the field of construction law and the protection of monuments. She prepares due diligence reports for entities which finance and purchase real estate or companies which own real estate. She also advises on transactions for the purchase or sale of commercial real estate, office buildings and warehouses, plus related insurance, financing and refinancing. She has experience in preparing documentation needed to close transactions.
