Cloud Technologies S.A. prospectus approved by the PFSA. SSW experts advised on the process

On 10 November 2022 the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego) approved the prospectus of Cloud Technologies S.A. regarding transferring the listing of the company’s shares from the alternative trading system NewConnect to the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. 

Cloud Technologies S.A. is a company from the new tech industry, operating in the DataTech segment and specialising in data monetisation and Big Data marketing. The company has created one of the world’s largest data warehouses about the interests of internet users – the original technology for data integration and management, i.e. the Data Management Platform (DMP). 

In the process, the brokerage house Q Securities acted as the investment firm.
