Martyna specialises in advising on personal data protection and information security management, combining these issues with the law of new technologies.
Martyna has experience in advising business entities and non-governmental organizations on personal data protection, including on special category data. Her projects include having advised on ongoing issues in this area, conducting internal audits of compliance with personal data protection regulations and comprehensively implementing the GDPR. She has extensive experience in preparing GDPR documentation (privacy policies, registers, analyses, employee procedures, contracts for outsourcing personal data processing etc.).
She advised on personal data protection and cybersecurity issues concerning the management of an internet portal. Additionally, she has participated in projects concerning information security management within enterprises (e.g. auditing compliance with the ISO/IEC 27001 standard). She has also advised entrepreneurs on current operational issues, preparing commercial contracts and a range of issues concerning corporate services.
