Marcin is President of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Confederation Lewiatan. His professional practice involves handling litigation and arbitration, as well as resolving disputes as an arbitrator.
Before joining SSW, he worked in leading law firms for 25 years (specializing in M&A until 2007, and in litigation and arbitration since 2007).
He is the author of more than 60 academic publications, including 3 monographs and 3 commentaries.
