We assist companies operating in the aviation sector in their relations with administrative and supervisory authorities, including by helping them to comply with regulatory obligations or ongoing investigations. We also advise on business relations with other companies in the market, negotiate contracts and help to introduce new solutions and products.
Aviation
We advise on all areas affecting the aviation sector. We work with carriers, airports and ground handling agencies, plus manufacturers of aircrafts and aircraft parts.
SSW is one of the advisors supporting the Global Aviation Resource Index (GARI). GARI is a tool that allows easy access to data on restructuring procedures in the aviation industry. The data collected in GARI is irreplaceable especially for lessors, financiers and creditors operating in this sector.
GARI was launched in 2021. It was conceptualised and developed by Watson Farley & Williams (WFW) and specifically by WFW Partner Dominic Pearson. More information and the tool itself can be found by following the link: GARI – The Global Aviation Resource Index (wfw.com)
