He regularly leads negotiations in complex, multi-party transactions and is recognised for his commercial, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.\r\n\r\nGrzegorz has significant experience in private equity transactions involving Polish target companies, including investments structured through international holding platforms. He regularly advises foreign investors on acquisitions in Poland and represents founders and shareholders in exits, growth investments and succession-driven transactions.
