The SSW Pragmatic Solutions advised MWP Group s.r.o. and its partner during the sale of shares in a Czech holding company.

We advised MWP Group s.r.o. and its partner during the transaction of sale of a Czech holding company which is the sole shareholder of the Polish company – Zakłady Chemiczne “Permedia” S.A. operating in the chemical sector (production of colourants for plastics).

Permedia was acquired by a Polish company from the LERG capital group. The scope of SSW’s advising included legal issues, as well as public aid and EU funds issues.

The works of SSW were managed by Paweł Chyb, Ph.D. (partner in the M&A team). Other key advisers engaged in the transaction were Marta Szymczyk (associate in the M&A team) and Łukasz Karpiesiuk (partner in the public aid and EU funds team).
