The Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) has approved the prospectus of Games Operators S.A. | SSW acted as the company’s legal advisor

The Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) has approved the prospectus of Games Operators S.A. – a global publisher and producer of video games for PC, Mac and mobile devices.

Games Operators was established in 2015 in Poland and is currently conducting its business activity in the gaming industry globally, especially in the UK, France, Germany, the USA and China. The company’s activity is based on producing manager-type and indie (independent video) games for PC, MAC and mobile devices, and publishing them through the biggest distribution platforms: Steam, Google Play and App Store. Games Operators’ portfolio includes such games as 911 Operator, Radio Commander and Counter Terrorist Agency.

The prospectus was prepared by SSW’s lawyers from the capital markets team. The project team was led by Szymon Okoń, Ph.D (partner), supported by Tomasz Kwaśniewski (senior associate), Piotr Motor (junior associate) and Rafał Kmiecik (financial analyst).
