The Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) has approved a prospectus of Ferrum S.A. SSW Pragmatic Solutions acted as the company’s legal advisor in the process.

The Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) has approved a prospectus of Ferrum S.A. (a producer of pipes for transmission media).

The prospectus was prepared by lawyers from SSW’s capital markets team. The project team was led by Szymon Okoń, Ph.D (SSW partner), supported by Dawid Brudzisz (associate), Tomasz Kwaśniewski (senior associate) and Piotr Motor (junior associate).
