The energy industry calls for changes in administrative deadlines

The Polish government is currently working on the so-called  “anti-crisis shield” to help entrepreneurs deal with the economic turmoil caused by the coronavirus epidemic. During governmental consultations, our clients from the energy sector strongly advocated for extension of approaching deadlines for fulfilling obligations arising from the Energy Law, the RES Act or the so-called “electric act” (“ustwa prądowa”).
