Zuzanna specialises in competition law, consumer protection law and commercial contract law. She participates in the Competition Law team and advises both domestic and international entrepreneurs at every level of trade. She prepares and implements antitrust compliance programmes, analyses discount and pricing policies, and participates in proceedings before antitrust authorities. She advises clients on concluding contracts, by reviewing and drafting template commercial contracts for use in domestic and international trade, taking account of applicable restrictions (sanctions, pandemics). As regards consumer protection law, she has experience in drafting and reviewing standard contracts or regulations, as well as communication with consumers.
