Wojciech specialises in conducting complex tax disputes. He represents clients in proceedings before tax authorities, provincial administrative courts and the Supreme Administrative Court in disputes relating to all types of taxes. He has experience in criminal matters, with particular emphasis on penal fiscal proceedings. He also advises on European and Polish state aid law, with particular emphasis on dispute management.
