Sylwia is responsible for HR policies and procedures, recruitment projects for the whole company, the firm’s performance appraisal system and Employer Branding Strategy. She assists and provides consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, recruitment, training & development and budgetary matters.
