Stanisław specialises in advising on financial markets and commercial transactions. In particular, he advises businesses and HNWI clients on M&A transactions and on acquiring debt financing and banking capital. As part of our Family Office, he cooperates with HNWI clients in Family Fund Management. He also values and analyses companies prior to M&A transactions. He gained experience in cooperating with both institutional and private clients while working in investment banking and brokerage houses.
