Advising the issuers in the procedure of private subscription of shares and stocks.

Supporting the issuers at the Warsaw Stock Exchange, NewConnect and Catalyst within the scope of performance of the information obligations arising from the status of public companies.

Supporting the M&A department in the projects connected with mergers and acquisitions, among others within the scope of gathering information about companies, creation of transaction documentation, searching and selecting the investors.

His duties included among others drawing up financial analyses, conducting and supervising introduction of financial instruments on Catalyst and NewConnect and advising the issuers within the scope of functioning of their stocks and corporate and municipal bonds in market trading. Currently, participates in execution of projects on the capital market, among others drawing up the prospectuses.
