Associate

Nina specialises in banking and finance, with a particular focus on real estate finance, project finance and corporate lending transactions. She advises Polish and international banks, banking syndicates and borrowers on the financing and refinancing of investments, including real estate projects and corporate transactions.

She prepares security documentation for financing transactions and supervises the process of satisfying conditions precedent and conditions subsequent in connection with loan facilities.

Nina has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border transactions, having advised on all stages of the financing process. She represents banks and other financial institutions, as well as borrowers.

  • Advising mBank S.A. on a financing transaction for Wysoka Grzęda, Poland’s largest and most technologically advanced organic egg producer, in connection with the refinancing of existing indebtedness and the financing of the construction of new poultry facilities
  • Advising AFI Europe on the acquisition of the Towarowa 22 mixed-use real estate development project, developed jointly with Echo Investment, with a transaction value of approximately EUR 120 million
