Michał specialises in issues concerning the analysis, acquisition, construction and operation of commercial properties, particularly office and warehouse properties. He advises Polish and foreign clients, including international investment funds, insurers and financing providers. He advises on all stages of investments (overseeing due diligence projects for sellers, buyers, insurance and financing institutions). In particular, he helps to negotiate lease agreements and the acquisition or sale of individual assets, and to ensure compliance with required title insurance policies or representations and warranties.
