Martyna specialises in banking transactions and capital markets, with particular emphasis on lending and bond issues. She advises Polish and foreign banks, financial institutions, local government units, private equity funds and businesses. She also specialises in domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including transactions to finance infrastructure projects, acquisitions, real estate purchases and corporate finance. She represents lenders, bondholders, borrowers and issuers, particularly those operating in the following areas: public utility infrastructure; transport; real estate; and waste management. She is experienced in handling financial restructuring transactions and the sale of receivables portfolios.
