Maja specializes in real estate and commercial law. In her current professional practice, she advised clients in transactions involving the sale and acquisition of commercial, hotel, office and storage real estates. She has experience in preparation of due diligence reports and drafting transaction documentation, such as the projects of the sale agreements relating to the sale of property, enterprises or shares in the company, escrow agreements, guarantees, sureties, legal opinions, corporate resolutions, general contractor agreements, lease agreements and schedules to the sale agreements. She provides assistance to the clients in day-to-day property management, along with the proceedings before administrative authorities and courts.
