Providing long-term legal advice (over ten years ) to Grupa Azoty S.A. and subsidiaries within that group (including Grupa Azoty Zakłady Azotowe Kędzierzyn S.A., ZAKSA S.A., Grupa Azoty ATT Polymers Gmbh and Grupad Azoty “Compounding” Sp.z o.o. He advised on the first foreign acquisition in Germany and successfully represented the company in arbitration in Stockholm. He has advised the company on numerous projects, domestic and international, including a construction project for a complete compounding line installation (opening in 2019), among others.

Representing PKN Orlen S.A. in litigation before Poland’s common courts, in proceedings before the European Commission, in contract and corporate matters, supervising the implementation of industrial property law projects and cyber security (as the company’s exclusive legal advisor). He provided ongoing legal support as the in-house lawyer for a key company within the PKN Orlen Group S.A.

Representing Telefonika Kable S.A. in a case concerning mergers & acquisitions of companies in Serbia and Ukraine. He represented Wisła football club before the UEFA tribunal in Lausanne.

Providing legal services for Rafineria Trzebinia S.A – legal services for the refinery and comprehensive service for a subsidiary company.

Representing a company within the energy sector in litigation concerning claims for a transmission easement and in wind farm cases.
