Krzysztof specialises in banking and finance, as well as restructuring and insolvency. He advises financial institutions, investment funds, and private investors at all stages of the financing process – from structuring the transaction, through preparing loan documentation and security packages, to closing the deal.
He has extensive experience in cross-border transactions, including acquisition financing, where he is responsible for preparing comprehensive documentation and conducting due diligence. He represents both banks and other financial institutions, as well as borrowers.
Krzysztof actively supports clients in restructuring projects and insolvency proceedings – on behalf of both creditors and debtors. He develops recovery and reorganisation strategies and oversees their implementation, representing clients in complex negotiations and court proceedings. He has gained particular experience in projects in the automotive sector, retail, and commercial real estate markets.
