Hanna Puchała

Hanna specialises in commercial litigation, business crime matters and construction disputes. She represents clients before common courts and arbitral tribunals, including in disputes arising from construction and infrastructure projects. She advises clients on business crime matters, acting in both pre-trial and court proceedings concerning allegations of mismanagement, abuse of powers and fraud. Hanna supports clients in developing litigation strategies and achieving the amicable resolution of disputes, including through settlement negotiations. She also has experience in post-arbitration and enforcement proceedings.
