Dawid Trela specialises in provision of legal advisory services to energy enterprises and mining corporations in their respective fields of activity. He is also active in the area of renewables and provides legal advice regarding implementation and operation of a number of wind and solar energy projects in Poland.
He is a graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science (LLM) and the University of Edinburgh (LLB).
Comprehensive legal advisory concerning its strategic renewable certificates sale agreements (CPAs) concluded with significant Polish utility company, as well as represented the Client in the dispute arisen during the renegotiation proceedings regarding the CPAs.
Advises an international mining group on issues concerning geological concessions, environmental protection law and zoning issues.
Participated in a number of due diligence processes relating to wind farms.
