SSW’s experts advised Better Energy Impact International A/S on the financing provided by AP Pension for the construction and development of photovoltaic farms

SSW lawyers from the Banking and Finance team advised Better Energy, a Danish company, on the refinancing of the construction and development costs relating to portfolio of 5 photovoltaic farms located across Poland with total energy production capacity of 237 MW implemented through five Polish special purpose vehicles. Funding in the form of a EUR 65 million loan was provided by AP Pension, a major Danish pension fund.
