SSW together with BPCC and Omnitec organise a meeting on “The approaching changes in personal data protection – the EU regulation from a practical perspective”

The meeting will be held on Tuesday, 20 September 2016, in the IBB Andersia Hotel, at 3 Anders Square in Poznań, from 9:30 till 12:00.

New legal regulations concerning personal data protection will soon enter into force in all the Member States. It is worth starting the preparations for these revolutionary changes to personal data protection right now. The upcoming changes will have an enormous impact on the execution of business processes in all the areas of companies' activities, be it B2B or B2C relationships.

The meeting will provide a perspective on the approaching changes from three crucial angles: new legal requirements, implementation of the regulations in the ongoing operational activities of an organisation and corporate social responsibility, i.e. building the relations with Customers and business partners based on the development of a good practice code in this area:

Speakers:

Dr Joanna Tomaszewska – Attorney at Law, Partner in Spaczyński, Szczepaniak & Wspólnicy (SSW) law firm, responsible for the personal data protection practice

Anna Buczynska Borowy – Information Security Officer in Omnitec, Operations Director responsible for front and back office processes in the process management area. The participation in the meeting is free. Language: Polish.
