SSW Spaczyński, Szczepaniak Partners served as the legal advisor to Waimea Holding S.A., a developer specialising in the construction and lease of modern warehousing, manufacturing and office space, which has signed the sale agreement for the North-West Logistic Park warehousing and manufacturing facility in Szczecin. The transaction covers 4 depots with total surface area of 64,000 sq. m, 100% leased. The property buyer is Exeter Property Group, a U.S. fund specialising in the acquisitions, lease and management of logistic and industrial real estate, which was supported by Dentons law firm.
The scope of legal advice included the comprehensive support during the negotiations of the preliminary agreement and the dispositive contract together with the necessary collateral and transaction settlement documentation. The transaction value is approximately PLN 180 million. The advisors on the part of SSW included the partners, Maciej Duch, advocate and expert in real estate market transactions, and Sebastian Ponikowski, attorney at law, specialising in M&A transations.
