Lawyers from the Capital Markets Practice of SSW Spaczyński, Szczepaniak & Partners advised during the programme of A series bonds issued by a company of the Benefit Systems S.A. group. Under the programme, bonds with the face value of PLN 15 million were allocated. SSW acted in the role of the Issuer’s legal advisor in the process.
The legal advice provided by SSW included comprehensive support in the process of drafting of documents related to the transaction, including the collateral documentation. On the part of SSW, the project was supported by Szymon Okoń Ph.D., Attorney at Law and Partner in the Capital Markets Practice and Dawid Brudzisz, Junior Associate in the same practice.
