Lawyers from the Capital Markets Patrice of SSW Spaczyński, Szczepaniak & Partners advised during the programme of PP3 series bonds issued by GetBack S.A. under the IPO. Under the programme, bonds with the face value of PLN 40 million were allocated. In the process, SSW acted in the role of the legal advisor of the offeror – Haitong Bank S.A. Spółka Akcyjna Oddział w Pulse.
The legal advice provided by SSW included comprehensive support in the process of negotiation and drafting of documents related to the transaction, including the final terms.
