SSW Spaczyński, Szczepaniak & Partners advised during a transaction for indirect disposal of shares in Awbud S.A., a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, to Abadon Real Estate S.A. (company controlled by Murapol Group). Awbud S.A. specialises in comprehensive management of construction projects, starting from investment process management, through project design up to general contracting and subcontracting.
The advice provided by SSW included comprehensive support in the process of negotiation and drafting of transaction documents, including the investment agreement, and took into account the public status of Awbud S.A.
