Lawyers from the Finance and Banking Practice of SSW advised in the execution of a loan agreement between Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A. on one side and GetBack S.A. and an investment fund on the other, which grants the latter two entities a loan in the amount of up to PLN 30 million.
The legal advice provided by SSW included comprehensive support in the process of negotiation and drafting of documents related to the transaction, including the loan agreement and collateral documentation.
