The Mergers and Acquisitions Team of SSW advised Dirlango Trading & Investments Limited, the majority shareholder of iTaxi.pl sp. z o.o. in process to raise PLN 8M equity finance by iTaxi.pl. sp. z o.o. from Experior Venture Fund, a venture capital fund established in cooperation with Krajowy Fundusz Kapitałowy.
iTaxi.pl is a fast-growing Polish start-up which offers an innovative taxi booking app. The app offers access to over 10 thousand taxis in over 100 Polish cities. The funds will be used for further development and improvement of services provided to both individual and corporate customers.
The work of the team was coordinated by Paweł Chyb, Ph.D., legal advisor, Parter in the M&A Department of SSW. The project was also supported by Katarzyna Solarz who specialises, among other things, in advising on M&A issues.
