The team of mergers and takeovers at SSW successfully completed the takeover of an insurance multiagency. Our lawyers advised Unilink Group on the acquisition of the Consultia group.

The transaction is worth shouting about because of its sheer scale: Consultia, who have been operating on the Polish market since 2006, is one of the largest and most experienced nationwide insurance agencies.

As a result of this acquisition, Unilink S.A. will be the leading partner for all the insurance companies all over Poland, with them cooperating with over 12,000 insurance agents in the country.
