SSW Pragmatic Solutions was the legal advisor for the acquisition of 100% shares of United Packaging S.A. by the Thimm Group.

The M&A Team at SSW Pragmatic Solutions advised the Thimm Group on the acquisition of 100% shares of United Packaging S.A., a manufacturer of corrugated board. The transaction will be closed after the Office for Competition and Consumer protection grants its consent.

The project deserves special attention because it required the specialized input of SSW experts from a range of different areas of Law.
