SSW Pragmatic Solutions shortlisted – CEE Legal Matters ‘Deal of the Year’ Awards
Gränges AB’s acquisition of Impexmetal S.A., in respect of which SSW Pragmatic Solutions acted as legal advisor, is shortlisted on the CEE Legal Matters ‘Deal of the Year’ Awards. It is one of three transactions from Poland which is bidding for the ‘Deal of the Year’ title. The winners will be announced at the third annual CEE ‘Deal of the Year’ Awards Banquet on 23rd April 2020, in London.
