SSW Pragmatic Solutions has advised Dirlango Trading & Investments Limited on the sale of shares in Virgin Mobile Polska to Play Communications. The transaction was worth PLN 60 million.

The project leader on the part of SSW was Katarzyna Solarz, partner of SSW Pragmatic Solutions, and they participated in the project team: Wojciech Szczepaniak, chairman and Paweł Chyb, partner.

At the moment, the parties are waiting for UOKiK’s approval to finalize the transaction.
