The Team for Real Estate at the law firm SSW Pragmatic Solutions had the pleasure to give advice on establishing provisions of tenancy agreements in connection with the logistic-warehouse hub which is being created in order to provide services in the CEE region. Our counselling services included customer support when making the warehouse and office space available in two locations in western Poland. The total gross rental area is equal to ca. 90.000 m2.
In relation to the former location, in the existing logistic park the client rented the area of ca. 30 000 m2 from the entity of Segro group of companies. In relation to the latter location, the tenancy agreement was concluded with the entity of Panattoni Development Europe group on the basis of BTS (build-to-suit) formula– the rental area of the whole warehouse to be rented by our client exceeds 60 000 m2.
