SSW Pragmatic Solutions advised on the PLN 200m sale of Mercator Medical shares

SSW Pragmatic Solutions advised on the ABB (accelerated book-building) of Mercator Medical shares, sold by its shareholders Anabaza Ltd. and Urszula Żyznowska.

Mercator Medical is a manufacturer of medical gloves and a distributor of single-use medical materials. The company is present is over 50 countries, all around the world. The capitalization almost 3 billion PLN).

In the ABB for Anabaza Ltd. (controlled by Wiesław Żyznowski) and Urszula Żyznowska, 508,000 shares of Mercator Medical were sold to key institutional investors in Poland for PLN 400 each. The total transaction value was over PLN 200 million.
