SSW Pragmatic Solutions advised on a tender offer for shares in Alchemia S.A.

SSW Pragmatic Solutions advised Boryszew group on its announcement of a tender offer for shares in Alchemia S.A.

As part of the investment, the purchaser (Impexmetal S.A.) acquired sufficient shares in Alchemia S.A. so as to enable a squeeze-out to commence, followed by the company’s subsequent delisting.

Alchemia’s core business is the production of seamless pipes and other specialised products.
