Since the beginning of 2018, SSW Pragmatic Solutions lawyers advised, under four project investments, in transactions aimed at acquiring external funding by residential and commercial property developers for the total amount of over PLN 100 MM.
Acquired funding shall be allocated for acquisition of land properties and implementation of development projects whose residential floor space exceeds 100.000 m2, located in Warsaw, Kwakow, Rzeszów and Pomerania.
Advice provided encompassed appropriate due diligence and feasibility study for the envisaged projects, preparation of comprehensive legal documentation for money release, including establishment of appropriate collaterals for financing parties.
