SSW advised Dirlango Trading & Investments Limited (an investment vehicle that is a shareholder of Virgin Mobile Polska – the largest Polish mobile virtual network operator) on the negotiation of a new shareholders’ agreement for Virgin Mobile Polska. This agreement forms the basis for a future exit from the company to Play Communications – the largest mobile network operator in Poland which uses its own telecommunications infrastructure.
