SSW’s lawyers advised top managers of Kom-Eko S.A. in the sale transaction concerning a part of their shares to V4C Private Equity Fund.
The transaction constituted a part of exit of Royalton Partner Private Equity Fund from its investment in Kom-Eko S.A. Top managers did not exit fully – they are going to hold a package of shares and further develop the business of KOM-EKO S.A.
The transaction was handled by SSW’s transaction team managed by Paweł Chyb (Partner). Katarzyna Solarz (Counsel) and Marta Szymczyk (Associate) also played a leading role. Other persons involved in the transaction included Patrycja Goździowska (Partner) and Agnieszka Pajurek (Senior Associate).
