SSW a legal advisor to WDB in the process of Exito Group joining the Polish structure of PIB Group

SSW lawyers advised in the process of Exito Group (Exito Consulting, Exito Broker, Eko Broker, ECRB) joining the Polish structure of PIB Group. It was the second investment this year within the strategy of consolidation of Polish insurance brokers market coordinated by WDB S.A. 

Exito Consulting, founded in 2006 as an enterprise risk management consultant, heads a capital group. The Group includes broker companies with high specialisation in areas such as contract insurance, shipbuilding and shipowner services, renewable energy sources, and waste management.
