SSW Pragmatic Solutions’ lawyers advised 7R on negotiating and concluding an agreement for the sale of the MAN Truck & Bus Center complex in Małopole, near Warsaw, to Interpierre Europe Centrale, a fund managed by PAREF Gestion from the PAREF Group. The property is located directly on the S8 motorway, 35 km from the centre of Warsaw. The investment consists of a modern building which serves as a vehicle service centre with a car wash. It also has a 2-storey office space.
