On 19 May 2015, experts from the SSW Law Firm for the first time under the SSW Academy conducted Legal Workshops for the Food Industry. During the meeting which lasted several hours, our specialists talked about legal aspects of the regulated sector, among other about the rules of labelling in the food industry, about methods of protecting names and shapes of products, personal data protection in the marketing activity, and the latest decisions of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKIK) for the food industry with regard to competition-restricting practices.
