SSW helps with a tender offer to buy shares in Stelmet S.A.

SSW Pragmatic Solutions advised on the announcement of a tender offer, made by one company shareholder to others, to buy shares in Stelmet S.A. As a result of the invitation, the shareholder aims to acquire 100% of the shares in Stelmet S.A.

Stelmet Group is engaged in the production and distribution of wooden garden architecture. Stelmet Group’s assortment includes over 2,600 product designs. Its products are sold in over 25 countries, including on the largest EU markets – Great Britain, Germany and France.

SSW’s lawyers from the Capital Markets team comprehensively advised on the announcement of the tender offer. The project team was led by Dr. Szymon Okoń, Ph.D (partner) and was supported by Dawid Brudzisz (associate) and Tomasz Kwaśniewski (senior associate).
