SSW experts at the “Airport Digitalisation” conference
On 27 April 2026, representatives of SSW took part in the “Airport Digitalisation” conference, focused on challenges relating to cybersecurity, crisis management, and training systems within the aviation sector. The event brought together experts representing the public sector, aviation infrastructure operators, and technology companies.
SSW was represented by Agnieszka Witaszek and Hubert Wysoczański.
Agnieszka Witaszek discussed the importance of cybersecurity training, including best practices in cyber hygiene and raising employee awareness as one of the key pillars of effective organisational protection against cyber threats.
Dr Hubert Wysoczański addressed the topic of critical infrastructure in the context of key legislative changes resulting from both Polish and EU law, as well as the growing number of hybrid threats. In his presentation, he referred in particular to:
- the definition of critical infrastructure under Polish law and the specific obligations imposed on operators,
- new provisions of the Crisis Management Act,
- security assurance standards for critical infrastructure operators,
- assumptions concerning the resilience of critical infrastructure and local content.
The conference was attended by representatives of, among others, CPK (Central Communication Port Poland), NASK, Polish Airports, Warsaw Modlin Airport, as well as companies from the technology, logistics, and industrial sectors.
