SSW Expert – an independent member of the supervisory board of PFR Nieruchomości

Maciej Duch, partner at SSW Pragmatic Solutions, has been appointed to the supervisory board of PFR Nieruchomości – the institution engaged in performance of Mieszkanie+ scheme within the Polish Development Fund (PFR).

Maciej Duch is an advocate and partner at SSW Pragmatic Solutions responsible for the real properties department. He specialises in legal advising during economic undertakings with real properties as the key component. He provides advice during transactions (including portfolio transactions) which concern basically all types of assets (commercial real properties: office, warehouse, trading, hotels, PRS), he also holds extensive experience connected with the residential construction sector and real properties financing.

As an independent member of the supervisory board, Maciej Duch will supervise performance of the flagship residential investments conducted and planned by the company.
