The conference entitled „Geological and Mining Law” was held on 16 and 17 March 2017 in the InterContinental Hotel in Warsaw. The event, which focused on the analysis and discussion of the current and future legal environment for the geological and mining sector in Poland attracted over 100 industry representatives who listened to twenty presentations.
The conference topics were specifically concerned with the expected changes in such areas as concession acquisition and extension, land acquisition and lease, geological information, environmental procedures, mining industry qualifications and water law.
The gathering was co-organised by the law firm SSW Spaczyński Szczepaniak & Partners specialising in legal support of energy sector companies and Trio Conferences.
