On 16 and 17 of March, 2017, the second edition of the conference dedicated to the analysis and discussion of the current and future legal environment for the geological and mining industry will be held in the InterContinental Hotel in Warsaw.
The conference will offer the opportunity to find out about the expected changes concerning, among others, the following areas:
- obtaining and extension of concessions
- acquisition and lease of land for the purposes of geological and mining operations
- new principles concerning the management and sharing of geological information
- environmental procedure in mining operations
- professional qualifications in the mining industry
- new water law
Insights on the above questions as well as the opportunity for discussion and exchange of experience will be ensured by a distinguished group of speakers representing such companies and institutions as: Ministry of the Environment, Polish Oil and Gas Company (PGNiG), KGHM, National Water Management Authority (KZGW), Ecoland, Colas Kruszywa, Polish Mining Chamber of Industry and Commerce (GIPH), AGH University of Science and Technology, State Mining Authority.
